A Big Zax Snak meal on your birthday, with the only cost being a free Zaxby's Rewards signup at zaxbys.com/rewards. Redemption is likely limited to participating locations and may require the app or your account at the register.
Tarte VIP Rewards: Birthday Discount and 15% Off
Joining Tarte's VIP Rewards program gets you 15% off a first purchase and a birthday discount of up to 25%. Members also get early sale access, double points on new arrivals, and free samples. Signup is online at the rewards page, and you'll need to buy something to use either discount, so this is a discount program rather than a free gift.
