Free Kids' Soccer Classes in Chicago, Ages 1-8
Kids ages 1 to 8 can try an introductory soccer class at no charge, with sessions at Soccer Stars Chicago locations. The claim link goes to a Facebook group, so you'll likely need a Facebook account and will have to check there for class times, locations, and how to register. Sign-ups may be limited, so confirm your spot before showing up. Runs April 8-12.
Free Kids' Book from Multnomah County Library Storytime
Your child gets a book mailed to your home after you attend a Nutrition Storytime session at a Multnomah County library. Submit the online form after each visit you attend, and expect delivery within about two weeks. Attendance is required, so this isn't a mail-only offer.
Free Kids' Dash at Run Scared, Seward Park Seattle
Kids can run the dash at Run Scared in Seattle's Seward Park (5900 Lake Washington Blvd) at no charge. The event also has a treasure hunt and Halloween treats, but it's unclear whether those are free too. The 10K, 5K and 2-mile races are separate and likely require paid registration. Takes place in October 2026.
