Cousins Subs Birthday Treat for Rewards Members
A birthday surprise is included with your membership, though the listing never says what it is, so the item itself is a mystery. You'll need to join the rewards program at cousinssubs.com/rewards before your birthday, and the perk is likely redeemed through your account. Check the program terms for how and when the reward is issued and whether it's valid at your location.

Membership also brings half-off drinks from 2 to 5 PM daily and access to member-only deals, all subject to the program's terms.
