Free Birthday Surprise from Target Circle

Target Circle, Target's loyalty program, includes a free Birthday Surprise as a member perk. Target says the gift is personalized and wouldn't say what it is, so the surprise is a mystery until you receive it. To qualify, join Target Circle at circle.target.com and make sure your birthday is entered in your account.
