I just learned that P&G allows you to sign up for a whole bunch of freebies at the same time once every quarter. For this particular quarter, I will be receiving a brand sampler package including baby wipes, deodorant, toothpaste, and more!
Head to this P&G website, sign up (or sign in if you already have an account with them), choose the samples & coupons that you would like, & then confirm your information.
Samples should arrive in 6 weeks, & this offer is available in Canada as well.
They also state that their quarters are as follows so be sure to sign up each time for different samples & coupons 
- January 1 to March 31
- April 1 to June 30
- July 1 to September 30
- October 1 to December 31
