I think they may be out of samples. After I completed the questionnaire it sent to me to page to buy suggested items.
Ree, I got that too, but I also got a notice saying they’d received my sample request on the same page. Did you get this? I will check again myself as well.

Hmm, Jane. I’ve had no problem with this sample – requesting it at least. We will let you know when we receive ours. I searched around and found a couple people documenting they did receive samples. They even included photos.
