Kellogg’s has kicked off a great promotion called the Kellogg’s $10 Bonus Bucks Offer. It’s pretty simple:

1. Buy any 3 boxes from the list of cereals below. You can mix’n’match:

1. Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes
2. Kellogg’s Fruit Loops
3. Kellogg’s Frosted Mini Wheats
4. Kellogg’s Raisin Bran
-   If you like any of these cereals, this deal is a no brainer!

2. When you buy each cereal, make sure it is especially marked with the Bonus Bucks promotion on the front. See the above image as an example.

3. Each especially marked box will have a code inside it. Save this code!

4. When you have 3 unique codes, go to www.kelloggbonusbucks.com and submit them along with your mailing address.

5. Kellogg’s will mail you $10 in Bonus Bucks in 4-6 weeks.

6. These bonus bucks are the equivalent of using cash at a whole slew of stores and venues: Target, Walmart, Kmart, Borders, and a whole ton more. View the official list of Kellogg’s Bonus Bucks locations.

7. Observe these dates: Submit your codes by 9/30/2010. Any Kellogg’s bucks you receive expire 11/30/2010.

Since you only need the code inside the box, use any coupons and savings you can to make this a money maker. Any coupons we come across will add to this post:

$1.50 off 2 boxes of Frosted Mini Wheats

Please send me the bonus codes.

If anyone gets the bonus codes before I do, could you please send them to me and I will do the same. Thanks!

Is it honestly right to ask others to post the codes so we can all take advantage of this?? Kelloggs is asking us to buy their product and are using a very generous incentive, lets keep it honest. Free is one thing, cheating to get it for free is something else entirely.

Misty, I agree it is dishonest. If people try to cheat promotions and photocopy coupons it hurts everyone and companies will be less willing to offer sweet deals in the future.

Furthermore, in regards to this Kellogs Bonus Bucks deal, I will say that each code inside each cereal box is likely unique. When someone submits three codes, each code is checked to make sure it has never been submitted before. So if you try to reuse codes it won’t work. When someone submits 3 codes that have never been redeemed before, those 3 will be added to the database of used codes for future checking. This is my simple guess as to how they prevent people cheating for undeserved Bonus Bucks.

Let’s keep this fair and honest. Let’s appreciate Kellogg’s generosity.

Beware! I bought, count them, six boxes of Froot Loops that had the exact same code. The first one did not even work. I also bought a box of Frosted Flakes that had an invalid code. I am waiting for them to still make any of it right (six weeks). I had to mail in the boxes and still nothing. I dont like cereal enough to fund their phony add campaign.
Generosity? Cereal is one the most overpriced products anyone buys. Check out the margins.
