I started the Free Candy bar giveway on May 25, 2009. I did receive my free candy coupons at first, but was told I qualified for the coupon, but have not received any since July 31, 2009. About 8 coupons I have not received and I made sure I signed up every Friday. Have they been mailed ? Signed , S.A.C.
