Another week means another round of CVS ExtraCare savings! Crazy back to school deals were last weeks big thing, but not this week. So I used my Extra Care Bucks on a few items that were already discounted for Extra Care members only. If you’re unfamiliar with CVS’s free Extra Care program, read this Free Mania post that explains everything. And before you make any trip to CVS this week, print out this coupon for $5 off a $25 or more order by taking a simple 5 question quiz.
Here’s what I picked up:
Buy 1 Get 1 Free Colgate Toothpaste: 3.50 for 2 – I grabbed 6. I won’t have to buy any more ’til next summer!
3-pack Extra gum: 2/$4 – Get 5 Extra Bucks if you buy $15 worth of Extra gum or various other candies.
Buy 1 Get 1 Free Naked Naturals Shampoo: $8 per bottle. I got a whole $8 bottle free and it helped bring my total to $1 over 25 for my $5 off coupon.
Using previously earned Extra Bucks and the $5 off coupon my order fell from over $25 to $8. When I got my receipt, attached to it were 6 Extra Bucks. So in the end I’ll only spend $2 of actual money from my bank!
