I know some of you granolas out there shop at your local health food store or dare I say it, Whole Foods? Anyway, these are some great high value coupons for Cascadian Farms vegetables.

There are reports that Walmart has Cascadian Farms frozen veggies for just $1.50, making this healthy goodness as cheap as $0.50 a pop.
