1. Purchase one or both items before 8/26. Purchases before 7/30 don’t count!
2. Print and fill out this AutoZone rebate form – (Includes all official details).
3. Mail in everything per the form’s instructions – postmarked by 9/29 and received by Prestone by 10/15.
4. Prestone mails you back what you paid in 6-8 weeks.
