I tried each of these steps myself with success:
1. Open Firefox or download and install Firefox if you don’t have it.
2. Install the DownThemAll! plug in. (You will have to close and reopen Firefox to complete install)
3. Copy this URL into your clipboard:
http://www.reverbnation.com/controller/campaign5/download_mp3/%5b573:2264%5d
4. In Firefox go to the menu: Tools -> DownThemAll! Tools -> Manager…
5. Click on “Add URL”. The plugin in will grab the URL from your clipboard ask if you want to download everything in one batch – Click Yes.
